Returns / Exchanges
We want you to love your Talo Interiors purchase as much as we do, however if for any reason your selection is not what you expected, the right colour or size, simply email us at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your purchase.
Please note that exchanges or refunds will be given if the item is;
Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges. There are no refunds or exchanges on sale items. If Afterpay was used as a payment method to purchase item, a small fee will be charged if a refund is requested. As Talo Interiors is not liable for the loss of items being returned, please return any items using registered mail. Please allow two weeks from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.
All orders sent by Talo Interiors have a tracking number. If for some reason your parcel does not arrive in reasonable time, please contact us and we will track it for you.
Damaged / Faulty Items
All Talo Interiors merchandise is thoroughly checked and packaged with care. In the unlikely event that an item is faulty, damaged or broken, please contact us immediately and we will organise a replacement or refund. Faulty Goods can be returned with labels intact for an exchange or refund. If you receive a package which is visually damaged or opened, please ensure that you notify the carrier before signing for your order.
